I Got Tagged-Heidi's Post

I had the pleasure of completing this assignment because Scott refused to do it. I have my sister to thank for tagging us! Thanks sis!!! Anyway, I have completed my list of tagged items with a little help from Scott. I try not to post too often. Scott has really been the one in charge of the blog, but since I felt obligated to my sister I decided to complete the post, however, I did make Scott help me on some of the items. 7 things I want to do before I die:

1. Travel to Europe

3. Watch Marshall grow up

1. follow a recipe

2. make some mean bbq pork ribs in the crock pot

3. lactate

4. help my husband by mowing the lawn

5. Scott can break the lawn mower three weekends in a row!!!

6. Scott can buy a car one year newer than his old car and act like a high schooler getting a brand new car

7. Scott can still hit 7 three pointers in a basketball game


7 things I can’t do:

1. Sleep through the night

2. watch an entire movie without falling asleep

3. button the pants I wore before I had Marshall!!! (thanks again for the idea Staci)

4. play more than five games of dominoes at one time

5. let Marshall “cry it out” yet!

6. pass up Staci’s chocolate chip cookies

7. Scott can’t like Long Horns or Aggies


7 things that attract me to Scott:

1. he consistently lifts Marshall and me up in prayer.

2. he loves the Lord

3. he so desires to be the spiritual leader of his family

4. he is so darn cute

5. he is willing to help anyone, especially his family

6. he is honest and trustworthy

7. he makes me feel beautiful when I know I’m not lookin’ so cute

I-pa and Nana come to visit

Marshall had some visitors from Texas last weekend. I-pa and Nana came to see him for the weekend. They were a huge help doing laundry and mowing my out of control yard.

Tornadoes

Here are some really cute pictures Heidi took of Marshall. Yes, he is sleeping in the bathtub. We had a couple of tornadoes touch down in the area. I was at work and I told Heidi to take him into the bathroom until the tornadoes were gone. There are more pictures of him under the folder Marshall.

I am sorry I have not updated in a while. I went back to work on Tuesday so I have not had as much time. I took today off to take Marshall to the doctor with Heidi. The doctor said he looks great. He is gaining a lot of weight. In fact he has gained 9.5oz since Sunday. He now weighs 8lbs 5oz. The other good news was that they are no longer worried about his Jaundice. Here is a video of him sleeping after we got home from the doctor. His noises are so cute.
